Pricing Coordinator

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update pricing databases for all product lines, including manufacturer price lists and internal cost structures.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely updates of cost changes and promotional pricing.
- Respond to internal and external pricing inquiries, including quote support for sales reps and project bids.
- Analyze pricing trends, customer margins, and competitive benchmarks to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with IT and finance to ensure pricing accuracy in NetSuite and other integrated systems.
- Assist in the development of pricing tools and dashboards for sales and management teams.
- Support audits and compliance with pricing policies and customer agreements.
- Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, purchasing, or sales support, preferably in building materials or distribution.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
