**About Klick Health**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible as delivery lead on client projects and maintenance support through the full development life cycle
- Play a key role in understanding and interpreting our clients business challenges and goals, and collaborate with cross functional internal teams to develop best strategy for clients
- Communicate and collaborate to all internal stakeholders and across multiple levels of senior leadership on scope, timing, process and implementation
- Develop trusted partnerships with all internal stakeholders to help build strategies and action plans that enable customers for success
- Track milestones and tasks with assigned teams; Identify and remove roadblocks for the team’s ability to meet project objectives
- Manage project interdependencies and demonstrates critical thinking that proactively identifies project risks and establishes effective risk mitigation from the outset
- Consultant on project scope, including business value and stakeholder alignment; participate in prioritization process for systems implementation planning cyclesLeads and/or represents the project in project team meetings, governance forums and cross functional team forums
- Consult with CRM clients and maintaining high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate architectural solution and provide technical oversight for multiple projects at a time, including sharing expertise on standards, guidelines, and design patterns for CRM based on industry best practices
- Ability to provide guidance on solution as well as technical design and infrastructure, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states to deliver a solution
- Provide specialized consulting, analytical and technical support to the project team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related discipline or 3-5 years of direct experience
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong and effective relationship builder with the ability to influence across technology teams and collaborate effectively with senior executives
- Experience with Agile delivery methods is required
- Experience with delivering Salesforce or equivalent projects
- Experience with Lightning, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities and Veeva are preferredPossess an understanding of sales & marketing processes
