Reporting to the Senior Director, this role is accountable for supporting the development and implementation of direct-to-client advice and engagement strategies and initiatives through client lifecycle journeys to deepen client relationships, increase Savings & Investing penetration, and maximize retention. The successful incumbent will have strong analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills to assess & implement opportunities, be adept at building cross-functional partnerships across the organization, and have a good understanding of the savings and investing portfolios. How you’ll succeedUnderstand advice & investing space – Lead investigations, research, frontline surveys, and competitive reviews to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and goals pertaining to advice & investing and inform how we adapt and enhance our existing content and approach, or bring new solutions forward to engage, franchise, and retain clients.Build partnerships – Proactively collaborate and consult with key partners, product owners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to support the strategic roadmap and leverage or create new client-centric savings and investing advice content and engagement tactics.Strategy development and execution – Support development of the Advice and Engagement strategies and building client wealth and engagement lifecycle journey maps. Help scope and size opportunities that enable buy-in and alignment from partners and executive leadership. Adopt an agile approach to deliver direct-to-client advice and engagement tactics in client’s preferred channels that drive desired client behaviour.Reporting & governance – Monitor and measure progress against KPIs set for the segment and initiative. Track post-initiative implementation and performance and recommend actions for continuous improvement.Data insights and market trends – Propose and leverage data analysis to identify and evaluate potential gaps and opportunities, stay abreast of key trends, industry developments, client needs and regulatory changes. Interpret data and trends to help drive strategy developmentWho you areYou can demonstrate experience of 5 to 7 years in product management, financial services or business strategy, sufficient to identify, develop, and implement approved initiatives. You have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and financial acumen.You have powerful delivery skills. Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing large, complex initiatives in an agile approach and matrixed organization.You act like an owner.
