Bartholomew Bakery is a high-volume, quality-driven bakery located in Concord, Ontario, specializing in laminated pastries, sourdough, pies, and seasonal specialties. We’re currently seeking a skilled **Pastry Chef** with strong lamination experience to join our growing team.

**Position Details**
- **Schedule**: Full-time, Wednesday to Sunday
- **Start Times**: 6:00 AM weekdays, 5:30 AM weekends
- **Location**: 467 Edgeley Boulevard, Concord, ON
- **Compensation**: $23.00 - $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Your Role**
As part of a 10-person pastry team, you’ll contribute to the full production process — from scaling and mixing dough to lamination, proofing, baking, garnishing, and executing mise en place. Our focus is on croissants and other laminated viennoiserie, and we provide a structured yet creative space for you to work and evolve your craft.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Must have** hands-on experience with lamination (particularly croissants)
- Strong foundational skills in creams, custards, and garnishing
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Passion for organization, precision, and high standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
