We are seeking a strong, independent indivual who can build a great team to consistently provide our great coffee and fresh food offering in a high-volume setting.

This is the senior individual within the café, having full responsibility for day to day operations and customer service, as well as overall profitability. The café supervisor maintains active control over all aspects of the business. These include staffing and training, ordering, merchandising, customer service and the ongoing maintenance of the facility. The manager will also be responsible for growing the catering business.

The café supervisor must always be a capable leader and be able to direct efforts of others through example and proper coaching. This individual must always work effectively without supervision and will possess a well-developed sense of business and guest services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
