**Position Title**: Catering Delivery Driver

**Reporting to**: Operations Manager

Acting as an ambassador for Emelle’s Catering Ltd, you will deliver fresh quality food, beverages and equipment as required to our guests while maintaining an optimistic, helpful & friendly demeanor,

You will:

- Implement Emelle’s best practices to minimize late deliveries, damage & loss of equipment & vehicles
- Ensure on-time delivery, set up & pick-up of food, beverages & equipment per function sheets
- Follow up when picking up equipment from guest to ensure we exceeded expectations & report findings to sales team
- Pull and stage equipment for functions as required
- Maintain, clean & organize production and equipment rooms as directed
- Maintain linen & uniforms - drop off, pick-up & put away as required:

- Assist in maintaining vehicles, refuel & notify team leader of required servicing
- Pick up miscellaneous food & equipment purchases as required
- Maintain clean driving record with continual safe & courteous driving while operating Emelle’s vehicles
- Other duties as required
- Keep smiling

**Evening/weekend availability is a must.** This position is part-time to start (15-30 hrs/week dependent on business levels), moving to full time in late Spring/Summer.

**Qualifications**
- Positive, professional & friendly attitude
- Guest service orientation
- Ability to multi-task, set goals & meet deadlines
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and on a regular basis
- Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to keep calm in stressful situations
- Self-motivated to work independently
- Strong knowledge of Lower Mainland streets
- Physical abilities including lifting, reaching & turning
- Ability to work some evenings & weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
