Position Summary

Associates in the Managed Services group have a great autonomy in managing their clients' expectations and their own activities.

Managed Services Associates are responsible for:

- Managing multiple projects simultaneously at disparate locations and time zones
- Providing support for 5-10 clients in parallel
- Building productive relationships with client counterparts
- Acting as trusted advisor to his / her clients and continuously provide expert point of view on enhancements, roadmaps, best practices, process optimization, etc.)
- Interacting with a distributed teams on each engagement, including onshore, near-shore and offshore resources
- Planning and attending training programs on other areas to be able to address wider range of technologies / software.

**Qualifications**:
What are we looking for?
- Deep understanding of the administration and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials or EBS Experience
- 2-5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to grow client service relationships.
- Highly organized and able to effectively switch focus across many clients
- Ability to work independently within client-centric environments and/or collaboratively within a larger team.

Your work environment
- This is a remote based (work from home) role within Canada (Toronto or Montreal) with occasional travel for company or client sponsored trainings/events.
- This role is global and therefore will work across different time zones or during non-business hours on occasion.
