Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant, Managed Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant in Managed Services/Customer Success looking to expand their career with a growing dynamic consulting company. The role will focus on providing responsive application-level support for our customers’ production and non-production environments, and internal process optimization. Responsibilities:Provide remote support for Oracle HCM Cloud modulesResolve functional and technical issues for business usersDebug issues, perform root cause analysis, and document solutionsConfigure, test, and document system changes and reportsCollaborate with stakeholders and Oracle support to resolve issuesSupport upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rolloutsDeliver end-user training and create support documentationStay current on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and industry trendsManage and troubleshoot system integrationsIdentify and implement process improvements and automationTrack project tasks and communicate status updatesLiaise with Oracle and vendors to resolve escalated issuesHandle service requests via internal and external ticketing systemsQualifications:3+ years of consulting experience in a similar role3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience within Performance & Goals, Talent Management, Learn, and/or Time & Labor modules Knowledge of HR processesExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage prioritiesAbility to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peersBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or its equivalent.Can be based anywhere in the United States or CanadaTravel up to no more than 5% may be required as per need basisWhat We Offer:Competitive healthcare benefits 401k retirement plan including employer matchMonthly reimbursement program to fuel your mind, body, and soulPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid parental leaveFamily planning reimbursement programLife insurance, short and long term disability coverage options Mental and emotional wellness support applicationEmployer Assistance ProgramLearning and Development resourcesCommitment to work-life balance and comprehensive onboarding and on-going personal and career developmentCompensation for this position ranges from $100,000 - 135,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
