**Part-Time shifts**
- *This Position has the option to pick up extra shifts and receive OT where needed/possible._

We are currently looking for a positive, professional, skilled, and friendly individual to join our team at Therapeutic Body Concepts, West High Park, West Coronation Plaza, and possible shifts at our St. Albert location as well as our Sherwood Park Spa location.

**This position is a part-time position with around 15-20 hours per week (possibility for more hours if you are flexible and can **pick up **shifts at our other locations)**

**Duties include**:

- _Answering phones_
- _Customer Service_
- _First point of contact for new and existing clientele_
- _Billing Insurance Companies (Blue Cross, Medavie, Telus, Sunlife, etc.)_
- _Booking appointments and reminder calls_
- _Laundry and cleaning, tiding the main clinic space_
- _Money handling_
- _Billing and invoicing_
- _Motor Vehicle Accident Account management_
- _Direct Billing Experience _**Ex: Telus-Health, Blue cross, Green shield, Medavie, Claims Exchange, Manitoba Blue Cross, etc.**_
- _Experience in customer service at least 1-2 years_
- _Jane App booking software experience is not required but is preferred._
- _Vehicle or access to reliable transportation to work between clinic locations._

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5P 1E1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- Direct Billing Insurance: 1 year (required)
