**Duties**
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for children’s basic needs, including feeding, dressing, and hygiene.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Develop and implement educational activities that cater to the individual needs of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for play and learning.
- Observe children's behavior and report any significant changes or concerns to parents or guardians.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in caregiving, particularly with children of various ages.
- Ability to work effectively with children who have disabilities, ensuring an inclusive environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with both children and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating young minds.
- Ability to create engaging educational activities that foster growth and development.
