We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Enterprise sales team. You will be responsible for expanding our client base across Canada and the USA by creating relationships and selling our proprietary software to property management companies. You will be the voice of VendorPM as we execute and explore new channels of acquiring business.

**What You Will Do**

Our Account Executives are the owner of client relationships, lead in meeting client needs, and are responsible for identifying expansion opportunities and achieving strategic goals. If you are passionate, ambitious and confident, and are looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, high growth work environment, we want to meet you
- 75% of demos will be booked for Account Executives by a Business Development Associate and 25% will be self-booked.
- Initiate and build relationships with VP, Director and C-level stakeholders within prospect accounts.
- Educate prospective clients by conducting sales demos to showcase the impact of our platform.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and future requirements.
- Drive revenue and execute our GTM strategy in target markets.
- Effectively manage the pipeline to ensure you are organized and on track with your team’s targets.
- Conduct various prospecting activities including cold calling, in sufficient volume to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Generate new opportunities and represent VendorPM at trade shows, conducting info sessions, webinars, and networking events.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.

We are looking for sales professionals who thrive on new customer acquisition sales and love to win If you have a proven track record in prospecting, building relationships with key decision makers and driving results, we want to hear from you
- 2-3+ years of quota attainment in software/technology sales or account management experience.
- Proven ability to prospect, assess customer challenges, align solutions and read prospective buyers.
- Executive-level communication and strong outbound experience - you’re a clear communicator who is concise and able to articulate yourself in a way that builds rapport and confidence of others.
- Proven ability in managing a sales pipeline.
- Performance-driven and a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong organizational skills and confidence to work autonomously.
- Team-oriented and invested in the success of the team and company.
- Customer-focused and takes an invested interest in helping our Enterprise/PM clients be successful - setting proper expectations, and documenting important information to be passed along to the Customer Success team for implementation/onboarding.
