**Position Summary**:
At Grace Manor, Our Receptionist is the smiling face who new residents and families first greet. You would perform a variety of reception and clerical duties such as using the telephone switchboard and paging system, greeting and directing visitors, providing routine information, typing/clerical support to all departments, filing, data entry, answering receiving door intercom, photocopying, faxing, petty cash, in addition to a few other duties as assigned.

You report directly to the Business Manager

**This position is for you if**:
You want to work a casual position that is mostly evenings 4-8 and weekends (Day and Evenings)

**The Education and expertise that makes you outstanding**:
**Upon hire you will be asked to provide a clear police check and evidence of a clear / negative TB test.

**The above responsibilities are to be discharged in accordance with The Salvation Army’s Mission Statement, in a professional manner, exemplifying Christian standards of conduct.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $18.05 per hour

- Weekend availability

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Care, Strict infection control policies are in place and being followed. Protective equipment is provided by the home. The safety of our residents and staff is our top priority

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:
