**_These are the things you'll own day-to-day: _**
- Run reports, creating journal entries and posting to the accounting system
- Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, from billing to collections
- Communicate with clients regarding billing issues or inquiries, following up with past due payments
- Liaising with internal teams when required to solve billing issues
- Perform special projects and duties
- Assist in month-end and year end audit reconciliations

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience using MS Excel formulas and Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics or any other large ERP system
- Billing using Procure
- Healthcare or NPO industry experience is ideal
- Friendly with strong communication skills
- Hardworking, accountable, collaborative but can also work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
