Health Bound Health Network is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic dedicated to supporting individuals in their recovery and return-to-function. We provide client-centered care through coordinated treatment programs across the GTA. Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, and more. We are currently seeking a part-time Podiatry Service Provider to join our network and support clients in the community.

**Position Overview**
The Podiatry Service Provider will deliver mobile foot care services to clients in their homes and/or in community settings. This role is ideal for a professional who is compassionate, attentive, and confident working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform podiatric assessments and provide foot care treatment in accordance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients and caregivers on proper foot care and prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with internal clinicians to support comprehensive care plans
- Travel to client locations within the assigned territory

**Qualifications**
- Licensed Podiatrist or Chiropodist in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario
- Experience providing community-based services is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and client-centered approach

**Schedule & Compensation**
- Part-time, flexible schedule (approximately 1-3 days per week)
- Competitive compensation rate based on experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $44.00-$53.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
