Ottawa, Canada W.E Travel Full time

We are currently looking for a full time permanent travel consultant to work at our downtown office. The position will be from Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour and 15 minutes for lunch. Listed below are the mandatory requirements to apply:

- BILINGUAL-ESSENTIAL (English and French)
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Attention to detail is critical
- Knowledge of Apollo/Galileo preferred
- TICO certificate (mandatory)
- Excellent customer service
- Self starter
- Computer literacy
- Ability to retain information
- Works well under pressure
- Organized
- Ability to prioritize
- Adept at problem solving
- Accuracy on all reservations
- Hotel/car reservations
- Union knowledge an asset
- Other duties not limited to the above

Work Remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,858.00 per year
