**Job Description**:

The Project & Maintenance Supervisor oversees construction projects and maintenance activities, supervises maintenance and trades staff, and oversees the activities of outside contractors. The role also performs skilled journeyman work in compliance with applicable codes, regulations and established procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education, Training And Experience**:
Certificate of Apprenticeship or Trades Qualification Certificate as a journeyman Carpenter, Millwright, Machinist, Plumber, Fitter or Welder recognised by the Province of British Columbia. Four years' recent, related experience including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid Class 5 BC Drivers' Licence.

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to deal with others effectively
- Physically ability to carry out the duties of the position
- Ability to supervise
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
