Pre-owned Sales Manager

**Job description**

If so, as a Pre-Owned Manager for Jaguar Land Rover at Grand Touring Automobiles you will be responsible for overseeing the pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring efficient operations, and maximizing profitability. You will manage a team of salespeople and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an inventory of high-quality pre-owned vehicles, and achieve sales targets.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ability to effectively manage all areas of the Pre-Owned Department, including but not limited to wholesale, retail, appraising vehicles, purchasing and marketing.
- Ability to forecast goals and objectives for Pre-Owned vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Ability to acquire vehicles for inventory
- Knowledge of the reconditioning process and how to do it cost effectively
- Ability to work well with other departments to ensure a smooth transition
- Ability to appraise Luxury vehicles
- Ability to train and effectively lead all used car sales associates.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management.
**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience as an Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Manager is required.
- In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicle sales and dealership operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Previous experience with CPO programs is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as required

**Experience**:
- Automotive Sales: 10 years (preferred)
- Pre-Owned Sales Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- OMVIC (preferred)
