**We are looking for a full-time, permanent Customer Experience Team Member.**

Our Customer Experience Team is our essential front-line team who provides the personalized care that Monk Office is known for delivering in all interactions. They understand the needs and concerns of people and are available by phone or online chat - we don’t leave something as precious as our customer base to AI bots They help grow sales and support our sales team with their in-depth product knowledge and suggesting replacements/upsells.

**Who you are**:

- You have 1+ years experience in customer service or a similar role such as sales, logistics, call centre, and/or data entry
- You have a professional and pleasant demeanour
- You have an eye for detail and accuracy
- Follow-up and follow-through are as natural as breathing to you
- You have a “Yes, I can” attitude
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are a multi-tasker
- You can handle a high volume of incoming calls and requests
- You are curious and inquisitive - you love to find out more and know how to ask questions to get details that provides an amazing experience for people
