- **Responsibilities & Duties**:_
- 2 or 5 years of laborer experience (residential, civil)
- General Contracting, Carpentry experience
- Ability to carry products up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to effectively operate handheld power tools
- Ability to operate forklift considered an asset
- Ability to effectively read construction drawings an asset
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company health and safety standards and policies

**Requires Knowledge & Awareness of Following Tasks**
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Forklift Certificate an asset
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle a must
- Resides in Sudbury or willing to relocate
