**JOB POSTING: CONSTRUCTION LABOUER - NAPANEE**

We are looking for Construction Labourers, preferably with experience working for commercial general contractors on ICI and multi-residential projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading, unloading, and setting up materials and work areas.
- Site organisation and cleaning.
- Willing participation in the safety program.
- Other tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of high school is desirable.
- Previous experience in construction is required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to follow direction with mínimal supervision is required.
- Good physical condition sufficient to meet the demands of the role.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation (our sites are not always accessible by public transit).
- WHMIS 2015 and Working at Heights certifications are desirable.

**Work Environment**:

- Loud and busy work environment.
- Standing and/or sitting for long periods of time.
- Heavy manual labour, requires ability to climb ladders, push, pull, lift, carry and manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs.
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment will be required (e.g. hard-hat, safety boots, etc.)
- Hazards associated with the construction industry.
- Difficult weather conditions, working outdoors and on site.
