**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manages Maintenance resources to ensure KPI objectives are being met.
- Responsible for team member safety, productivity, and security.
- Prepares and administers performance appraisals, and delivers disciplinary actions as required.
- Co-ordinates and evaluates training of all team members, maintains appropriate records, and enforces all applicable procedures.
- Schedules and assigns tasks to team members and follows up to ensure daily requirements are met.
- Reviews and authorizes time sheets, co-ordinates OT requirements with Scheduling and General Manager.
- Works scheduled OT as required.
- Attends inter-departmental meetings as required.
- Works with Plex implementation team to develop processes for introducing Maintenance Module to appropriate team members.
- Prepares and maintains the PM schedule for all applicable equipment.
- Acts as company liaison with suppliers with regards to requests for quotes, inventory control, and equipment acquisition (when applicable).
- Reviews all Maintenance related purchase requests and submits appropriate documentation to purchasing for processing.
- Promotes and maintains a clean work environment.
- Participates in conflict resolution.
- Complies with and enforces all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Must have previous experience leading a team.
- Licensed trade ticket is not required but would be considered an asset.
- Good Inter-personal skills.
- PC Literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams.
- Familiar with ERP systems. Previous experience with Plex is an asset.
- WHMIS training.
- Forklift certification.
- First Aid
- Safety training including lockout, crane, hoist, and Due Diligence.
- Familiar with OHSA.
