VisTech Manufacturing, Ontario is a Tier 2 automotive manufacturing company, who manufacture and assemble carpet and trim underlay, as well as assemble interior trim components. Our major direct customers include HTNA/Hayashi, Formed Fiber, Vuteq, through which we supply to Toyota, General Motors, Chrysler and Honda.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance members, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
- Manage cost control, procurement of supplies, and inventory of spare parts and tools
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives, staying updated on advancements in maintenance technology whenever possible
- Management of Electronic Maintenance System to ensure all maintenance records are accurate and up to date, while evaluating optimization of resources
