**JR. OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (BILINGUAL)**

We're a fast-paced, growth-focused startup looking for passionate go-getters to join our team As an Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for managing suppliers relationship and ensuring customer success. You'll be working closely with other members of the operations team, as well as the sales teams

**Main Duties**
- Daily dispatch to ensure timely deliveries for scheduled items
- Coordinating service calls and ensuring that all parties (Customers and Account Managers) are kept up to date
- Resolving price and order requests for Sales Team
- Vendor/supplier management
- Maintain and expand vendor database and vendor relations
- Strategize with the sales and operations team to meet our profit and financial targets
