Customer Experience Associate – Future Opportunities – Montreal West – Part Time Work Location: Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec, Canada Hours: 15 hours per week Pay: $21.50 to $27.05 per hour (CAD) Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Job Description At TD Canada Trust we serve customers by providing a broad range of service transactions and advising on banking products. In this role you will interact daily with customers to process transactions, resolve concerns and promote suitable banking solutions while meeting business objectives. Responsibilities Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments following operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities as needed. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time. Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements where opportunities exist. Qualifications High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is a plus. Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. Initiative‑driven, detail‑oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Excellent customer‑centric communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect calmly and courteously with diverse individuals.
