**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- Installation of the product in both construction and private (condo/home) environments.
- Maintenance/Repairs of the product (under warranty)
- Skilled/fine carpentry cutting work (complex geometry) - _**this is extremely important and you must be confident in your ability to work with all shapes.**_
- Minor admin work - logging your work through digital apps, inventory control (scanning barcodes), processing credit card payments and proficiency with technology.
- Travel between locations such as the GTA, Kleinburg, Oshawa, Brampton, Oakville etc. (paid extra)
- This job is full time (but considering part-time for one of the positions), fast paced and physically demanding at times. However, extremely flexible with hours and pays great.
- **You MUST**:

- **have your own pick-up truck or large cube van**:

- **capacity van to carry material (tiles) and equipment, access to woodworking power/hand tools, a capable smart phone (to run company software apps), standard safety equipment (including hardhat, boots, vests, harness and lanyard etc.). Furthermore, it is necessary that you communicate in English and hold a valid Ontario driver’s license (G-Class).EXPERIENCE / TRAINING**
- WHIMS
- Fall arrest/training at heights certification (current)
- Two years or more of experience in fine/rough carpentry.
- You’ve worked in construction site environments.
- Customer service relations.
- Not intimidated by working outdoors in harsh Canadian climate.
- Positive attitude.
- **COMPENSATION* Piece work - $2.10/per tile (most installers lay between 80-120 daily depending on skill and efficiency) construction sites/private appointments* Extras - Installers receive generous custom cutting compensation for complex carpentry work in condo environments (ranging between $75-$500/per project)* Kilometers - fully reimbursed (0.33/km including one way home)* 407 ETR limited compensation* Fuel Surcharge - on private (condo appointments) $15 extra per job (most installers visit 1-3 clients/1-3 days a week)* Out of pocket - Limited reimbursement of materials/tools related to job requirements* Labor - Blanket labor rate of $35/hr when applicableDETAILS**
