**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the preowned departments for both **Jaguar Land Rover Ottawa** and **Polestar Ottawa**, including inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising.
- Oversee wholesale operations for the **Carling Motors Dealership Group**:

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Maintain and refine processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Evaluate and appraise trade-in vehicles to ensure accurate pricing and fair value for customers.
- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to streamline processes and improve overall dealership operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory requirements.
