We are looking for **industrial blasters & coaters of all skill levels** and abilities to join our team on various projects across Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain sandblasting and coating equipment to project specifications associated with sanding, substrate surface preparation and abrasive blasting;
- Properly protect and mask sandblasting and coating work areas;
- General labour activities as required including, but not limited to, hauling of material, tools, equipment, etc.;
- Performing work in a safe manner in accordance with Pro Paint Canada's safe work practices, policies, and procedures and provincial OH&S legislation;
- Ability to recognize and correct hazards;
- Timely reporting of all incidents, near misses, spills and equipment damage to site supervision;
- Assist with other duties as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years of age;
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with 3-year Driver’s Abstract;
- ACSA CSTS-2020 (free-online);
- Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive;
- Energy Safety Canada Fall Protection is considered an asset;
- Energy Safety Canada Confined Space is considered an asset;
- Energy Safety Canada (or similar) MEWP is considered an asset;
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
