**Job Description Summary**:
The Stock Room Coordinator’s primary role is the requisitioning and inventory control of maintenance repair and operating supplies and to assist with work order / PM orders as necessary.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Control**
- Responsible for the stock room in its entirety including counting parts, organization, and cleanliness, and maintaining the labeling system
- Maintain and update the MRO parts inventory system through SAP
- Maintain up to date ins and outs of all MRO inventory
- Maintain and update BOM’s for installed equipment

**MRO Procurement**
- Run min/max reports and request RFQs
- Issue Purchase Requisitions for MRO
- Sourcing of parts and supplies.
- PO Expediting with buyers
- Receiving for all Procured Items for Maintenance in SAP

**Work Order Processing**
- Generate, Receive and Close Sanitation PM Task / Work Orders
- Receive completed work orders and file accordingly
- Stock received parts in designated areas
- Generate Work Orders Stock for Part Repairs
- Responsible for maintaining food safety in work responsibilities and report food safety issues to QA immediately

**Skills, Experience and Education**:

- College Diploma or Certificate in business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management.
- Maintenance stores experience preferred.
- Computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Ability to adjust and adapt rapidly to changes.
