**Job Details**

The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents and their guests, providing a warm welcome and helpful support. This role assists the building manager with daily tasks, answers resident inquiries, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.

**Available Shift**:

- Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Act as the main contact for residents and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist residents with housekeeping and maintenance requests.
- Respond to noise and other resident complaints.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records (vehicles, contacts, guests, and service providers).
- Enforce parking rules, including towing unauthorized vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols of the building and exterior.
- Monitor fire alarm panels and report issues.
- Train new Concierge staff when required.
- Flexible working evenings and weekends when needed.
- Other duties as required.

- Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and listening skills.
- Professional appearance (neat suit and attire).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
- Flexible working on holidays and unscheduled shifts.
