We are searching for **Operators** for our Guelph Facility.

**About the Role**:
The **Operator** is responsible for intake, processing, and preparing of new and reused products. Reporting to the Shift Lead, the incumbent will handle scanning, sorting, and labeling of incoming products.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Scan, wash, and dry returned (dirty) products
- Sort products based on size, scan into box, and package
- Label new inventory and repackage into box
- Prepare orders and organize inventory
- Clean work area daily including sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces
- Duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Able to take initiative and work individually.
- Able to work within a team environment.
- Able to adapt to varying responsibilities.
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
- Secondary school diploma

**Working Conditions**:
**Physical Requirements**
- Strength Guidelines: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have good hand/eye coordination. Testing will be required.
- Motion parameters: Must be able to stand throughout an 8 hour shift involving twisting, and lifting.
- Vision and Hearing Requirements: PPE is required including earplugs and eye protection for some areas of the facility
- Psychological Demands: Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- May be required to use a computer or tablet throughout the shift.
