**Job Summary**
- The Project Lifecycle Manangement leader will develop and manage the strategic use of a Project Lifecycle Management system in it’s entirety, working with the Project Lifecycle Management supplier and necessary VTCA members. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product information is controlled, accurate, and secure, and that our product development workflows are optimized.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work with all teams, including Project Lifecycle Management Supplier, to provide strategic direction for the development and deployment of Project Lifecycle Management workflows
- Manage and maintain employee licenses and setting up user groups and access policies and provide support to end user
- Lead a team of Project Lifecycle Management users to manage product data through the life cycle phases
- Create and Maintain Project Lifecycle Management user documentation and process maps
- Design and conduct regular training for team members on Project Lifecycle Management processes
- Act as Project Lifecycle Management primary point of contact across the organization
- Manage system enhancement requests
**Job Qualifications**
**_
Education_**
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program related to, but not limited to design, mechanical engineering, program management
**_
Experience_**
- Automotive Industry experience an asset
- Exposure to multiple disciplines within Product Life Cycle of Automotive production parts
- Experience leading a team across multiple divisions
**_
Skills and Abilities_**
- Strong knowledge of product life cycle
- Strong knowledge of BOM
- Process mapping knowledge an asset
