Job description

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on **Site Coordinator** to help manage day-to-day operations at our residential home construction sites. This is a great opportunity for someone with carpentry skills who’s ready to step into a leadership role and grow with a company that values quality, accountability, and teamwork.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting the management of **residential new home builds** from the ground up
- Making sure trades are **showing up on time**, working efficiently, and following site rules
- Keeping the site **clean, organized, and secure** (including locking gates at the end of day)
- Handling light carpentry tasks and using tools as needed to support the build
- Communicating with project managers and reporting on progress or issues
- Coordinating deliveries and making sure materials are on-site when needed
- Spot-checking the work of trades for quality and safety
- Acting as a reliable on-site presence throughout the day

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years experience in **residential construction**:

- Skilled carpenter with hands-on experience and confidence using power tools
- Basic understanding of how different trades work together on a build
- Reliable, organized, and good at problem-solving on the fly
- Strong communication skills - you’ll be dealing with a variety of people daily
- Someone who takes pride in keeping the site clean, professional, and safe
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from site

**Nice to Have**
- Experience coordinating trades or managing small crews
- Familiarity with municipal inspections or permitting
- First Aid, Fall Protection, or other safety certifications
