**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Deli Manager to join our team in the grocery industry to **oversee** **the** **daily** **operations** **of** **the** **deli** **department,** **ensuring** **high** **standards** **of** **customer** **service,** **product** **quality,** **and** **compliance** **with** **health** **regulations.**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervises the day to day functions of the service deli
- Schedule service deli associates to ensure adequate coverage and service levels
- Oversees all daily operations of the deli
- Recruit, train, and develop deli staff
- Execute the training, coaching, and performance management of food service customer service employees
- Responsible for managing the daily activities of employees to improve sales performance and supervising employees in various duties, cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters
- Ability to work well individually in a team environment
- Effectively manages and grows the sales of the food service program
- Plans and prepares work schedules
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 42 per week
