We’re putting a new face on the look of Retirement living in Aurora. Designed and built by Traditions Seniors Housing and operated by Gray Wave Advisory. The Residences on Yonge will offer an unmatched service level for Independent Supportive Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care for 105 Residents, large enough to be efficient and small enough to provide a caring difference.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:Manager of Sales / Marketing who engages in promoting The Residences on Yonge to the community and can work within a team, with three years of relevant experience, in a Retirement Residence
- Demonstrates Entrepreneurial Spirit during the initial lease-up
- Exceptional sales and marketing skills
- Accomplished sales skills and problem-solving techniques
- Experience with Social Media and marketing online
- Strong interpersonal competencies
- Engages all team members in supporting our fun-at-work philosophy
- Ability to deliver sales training for Retirement Residence Team.
- Requisite understanding of all relevant legislation
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capable of adapting and improvising
- Experience in Assisted Living, Retirement Living

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Liaise with the community to meet and exceed the lease-up schedule
- Develop and oversee the grassroots marketing plan;
- Updates and uses the YARDI CRM system
- Explains and answers questions regarding Tenancy Agreements and Care Health Information Package with Residents
- Development and implementation of the Community marketing plan.
- Coordination of promotional activities. Leads out reach events independently.
- Reports on changes in the marketplace and competitive intelligence.
- Undertake all other responsibilities delegated by the Executive Director

**Education**:Certificate/degree in, business, marketing, or equivalent knowledge with relevant experience is preferred.

**Salary**: $27.00-$33.00 per hour
