About Us:
Davies Property Management is dedicated to providing excellent property management services across Edmonton. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Lead to coordinate maintenance work for our single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties.

Position Overview:
As the Team Lead in Maintenance, you will play a vital role in overseeing completed maintenance, and renovation projects, and vendor management. Your responsibilities will range from billing and quality control to direct project supervision and communication with property owners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Review all completed maintenance work to ensure quality standards are met.

Process and complete billing for all maintenance work, including upcharges for cleaning and ground maintenance services.

Assist the maintenance coordinator and maintenance staff with questions or issues.

Review vendor invoices for accuracy, ensuring alignment with quotes and scope of work.

Monitor weekly work progress and address any issues with vendors.

Review move in, move out and periodic inspection reports for maintenance work

Prepare renovation quotes, share with property owners, and secure approvals and payments.

Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the renovation team to meet project timelines and budget.

Provide regular progress updates, including images, to property owners.

Finalize billing upon project completion and collect owner payments.

Visit properties to determine they are in good and rent ready condition and take pictures.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in property maintenance and renovation

A valid driver’s license is required.

Proficient in Google Suite and other computer-based management tools.

Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
