Toronto, Canada Bluelime Technical Services Full time

Maintain and update HSE documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safety data sheets.
- Support the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures in line with legal and company standards.
- Coordinate and schedule safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions for site personnel.
- Monitor and report on site safety performance, including incident reporting and investigation follow-ups.
- Assist with internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, local environmental regulations).
- Maintain accurate records of safety statistics, training logs, and inspection reports.
- Liaise with site supervisors, contractors, and utility providers to ensure safe working practices.
- Promote a positive safety culture through communication and engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience in an HSE administrative role within the **construction and/or utilities** sectors.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (preferred).
- Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based with regular visits to construction and utility sites.
- May require occasional travel between project locations.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required on-site.
