**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily site inspections, meticulously documenting findings and generating comprehensive reports.
- Develop and refine Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures, tailoring them to specific project sites.
- Oversee the administration of safety training documentation, proactively identifying expired certifications and facilitating re-training initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to legislative requirements, conducting thorough worksite inspections to uphold compliance standards.
- Spearhead the development of protocols for safe work practices, consistently striving to enhance our HSE management system.
- Prepare Job Task Analyses to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks effectively.
- Deliver toolbox talks and provide training sessions in response to incidents or safety concerns raised by employees.
- Conduct safety training and orientation sessions for personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an HSE capacity involving the planning, management, and implementation of HSE protocols.
- Hold a post-secondary degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in OH&S Acts and other pertinent legislation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel to various locations; a valid driver’s license is required.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficient in time management, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

**Salary**: $49,530.24-$80,000.00 per year
