**Your Team**:
Join Flair’s Flight Operations team, where behind-the-scenes coordination ensures our crew are supported, prepared, and ready to deliver safe and reliable service. As the Manager, Crew Services, you will lead the team responsible for providing essential administrative and logístical support to flight crew members. From overseeing uniform distribution and managing hotel and vendor relationships to administering RAIC processes and internal communications, this role plays a vital part in maintaining operational readiness and enhancing the crew experience

This role is based on-site at our Toronto, ON (YYZ)**office.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Lead and manage the Crew Services team, ensuring high performance and efficient daily operations.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members.
- Collaborate with Flight Operations leadership on departmental initiatives and daily functions.
- Distribute internal communications, maintain the Document Manager, prepare meeting minutes, and coordinate manual updates.
- Participate in internal audits and support audit readiness.
- Assist Chief Pilots with flight crew recruitment, including screening, interview coordination, travel arrangements, and reference checks.
- Provide on-site support during pilot and flight attendant ground school, and coordinate the distribution of onboarding materials.
- Oversee the crew uniform program, including inventory management, vendor relations, order distribution, and budget tracking.
- Ensure all aircraft documentation (e.g., QRH, insurance, dangerous goods materials, flight deck cards) is current and compliant.
- Manage document cycles and ensure timely replacement of required materials.
- Serve as liaison with IT to support and maintain the Crew Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program.
- Coordinate TSA clearances for all flight training activities conducted in the United States.
- Lead or support various projects within the Flight Operations department as assigned.
- Provide back-up coverage for other Flight Operations administrative functions as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- ** Education**:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- ** Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including management experience in a similar environment.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Experience in a Flight Operations department is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) requirements and regulations.
- Knowledge of Apple iPads and iOS systems is preferred.

- ** Requirements**:

- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.
- Able to travel and/or work variable hours, and flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
