This role will be based at our headquarters in Brossard, Montreal QC. It is an on-site position.

**Job Overview**:
This position assists the IT and systems administration team leader in supporting all technical areas for internal users. Provide level 2-3 technical support and solutions. This role requires a friendly and competent professional who can expect to have regular interactions with end users and provide quick solutions to their daily support needs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide level 2-3 technical support to internal users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Configure, install, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Manage and track incidents and requests in the ticketing system
- Participate in improvement projects and deployment of new technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Significant contribution to cybersecurity (log verification and other improvement actions)
- Other tasks assigned by the leader

**Education, Credentials, Qualifications**:

- Requires a college diploma (DEC) in computer science
- A minimum of 4 years of IT experience, including 4 years of experience as a level 2-3 IT technician

**Skills and Abilities Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of networks such as (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, etc.)
- Knowledge in server administration (Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux)
- Experience in virtualization (VMware)
- Experience managing the Fortinet suite
- Comfortable managing Office 365, Exchange 365, Microsoft Azure, and AWS products
- Proficiency in English is required for this position to facilitate communication with other teams as well as clients and/or partners who are only English-speaking in the rest of the Canadian territory.
