We are currently looking for a hands-on **Jr. Systems Admin** to plan and execute the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems, support our internal staff and roll out initiatives towards making our network infrastructure safer. You will also participate in RevOps automation, integrations and data migration activities. This is a new position at Ubiweb, you’ll get to be a trailblazer in your role

**What your day-to-day looks like**

Systems Admin / IT Support
- Install and maintain computer, hardware and software systems
- Set up workstation for new employees (computer, keyboard, screens, etc)
- Manage IT inventory, key fobs inventory and employee accesses
- Helpdesk support for all internal staff
- Audit of users accesses for all tools & systems
- Ensure the safety and stability of Ubiweb’s network
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives
- Perform any other duties, as required by the the RevOps Director
- Be an ambassador for the Ubiweb team, bring your ideas, your wit and grit to the table

CRM
- Assist RevOps Director with configuration and enhancement of CRM implementation of changes in the CRM and optimization initiatives
- Integrate other platforms and apps with our CRM
- Build reports to measure various sales, marketing, and service efforts
- Create, manage, and schedule CRM training guides
- Provide CRM technical support as needed

**What you bring to the team**
- 2+ years of experience in IT field
- AEC/DEC in Computer networking / sciences
- Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
- MAC OS skill set
- Experience with JAMF, is an asset
- Google Workspace certification, an asset
- Knowledge of CRM administration, an asset
- Strong interest in cybersecurity
- Highly organized, resourceful and autonomous
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Comfortable working independently and be self-motivated
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
