**We’re looking for outstanding bilingual administration contractors to support The Medical Weight Management Centre of Canada (MWM).**

MWM is a national, virtual weight management centre based in Hamilton, ON.

As the team member responsible for managing the patient-journey, you ensure every patient has an excellent experience in our program by:

- Providing empathetic and professional customer service
- Explaining our services to prospective clients
- Enrolling patients, and processing program payment
- Managing the schedules of our HCPs and booking appointments as required
- Processing program documentation
- Other program tasks as assigned

We are seeking fluently bilingual (French/English) applicants, preferably with experience in healthcare administration. We have 1 part-time contractor role available.

Job Requirements:

- English/French Bilingual (fluent)
- Previous medical administration experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft software suite
- 15 - 20 hours required per week
- Flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays
- Work from home, tidy office space with door that shuts
- Must have the option to hard-wire internet connection, for excellent connectivity
- Must work well independently
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
- Excellent technology skills
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
