**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assess the health and condition of trees and shrubs through visual inspections and diagnostic tools.
- Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Operate bucket trucks and rigging systems safely to access trees at various heights.
- Implement landscape maintenance practices to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Maintain equipment used in tree care operations, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Educate clients on proper tree care practices and the importance of maintaining healthy landscapes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in arboriculture or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and common diseases or pests affecting trees.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
- Experience operating bucket trucks and rigging systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
- Certification as an Arborist from a recognized organization is an advantage but not mandatory.
