Business Location: 88 Queens Quay W Toronto, ON M5J 0B6 Work Location: Work will be performed at 8200 Dixie Rd, Brampton, ON L6T 4B8 and other clients’ locations in GTA. Note: telecommuting is available due to the pandemic. Type of Employment: Full time – permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Confer with clients to identify and document requirements Conduct business and technical studies Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle and provide advice on a wide range of information systems issues Requirements: Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration, or a related discipline is required, OR completion of a college program in computer science. Experience: At least 5 to 6 years of experience in computer systems, with 2 years specifically in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / SSO implementation. Experience with TAM (Tivoli Access Manager) and/or ISAM product implementation/configuration is preferred. Experience with ISAM Operations Support and willingness to do operations support is preferred. Ability to identify different patterns (SAML, form, etc.) for application integration with ISAM. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail. Personal Suitability: Excellent written and oral communication, initiative, client focus, accuracy, judgment, effective interpersonal skills, team player, organized. Additional Skills (Optional but Valuable): Analysis skills for migration or support issues. Experience with Agile development, ticket tracking, and defect management using Atlassian JIRA, Remedy, etc. Support experience on priority 1 issues with application teams. Cyber security experience is a plus. Work Setting: Consulting firm Salary: $43.00 hourly, 40-45 hours per week. Benefits: Disability, Dental, and Extended Medical insurance. Transportation between locations provided by employer. Additional Information: Work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible overtime or weekend work depending on workload.
