**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for health and wellness. Your responsibilities are to prepare and uphold our iconic and delicious smoothies and acai bowls. You will be giving recommendations for customers and look for cross-sell opportunities. You will be upholding Body Energy Club standards, policies, and procedures and also be able to work various shifts throughout the week.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Create, and deliver smoothies and acai bowls efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; while maintaining cleanliness and FoodSafe standards.
- Settle any customer concerns related to orders in a friendly manner and where necessary, defer to management in more serious cases; providing feedback and suggestions on resolution.
- Complete checklists while on shift and able to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly checklist items.
- Monitor Smoothie Bar inventory, and notify Manager of any low stock or deficiencies.
- Uphold all Body Energy Club standards relating to customer service, cleanliness, and personal conduct.
- Acknowledge customers as they enter and exit the store, directing them to available floor staff as needed.
- Cross-job duties with Cashier role, when necessary.
- Receive store transfers in Store Management.
- Keep Smoothie Bar area clean and tidy.
- Stock and organize all food prep including fridge/freezer items.
- Cleaning duties, including garbage removal, etc.

**EXPECTATIONS**:

- Ability to work 25-40 hours each week, unless you are part-time, which will be 8-24 hours per week. Must be willing and able to work flexible work hours, including days, nights, early mornings, and weekends. We expect you to support the store hours.
- Act as a back-up Cashier, as required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrate proficiency and uphold all Smoothie/Juice Bar policies and procedures.
- Ensure customer needs are being met in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and assist customers in finding the perfect smoothie for them.
- Ensure FoodSafe standards are being met at all times.
- Assist in achieving monthly targets and encouraging sales growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.40-$18.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Nutrition: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (required)
