We are a local Vancouver company of 17 retail stores focused on vitamins, nutritional supplements, and proteins. Each location includes a smoothie bar serving refreshing smoothies, bowls, and juices using real food along with healthy grab and go prepared food.

We partner with local businesses to provide delicious smoothies, prepared meals, and snacks that appeal to a variety of tastes and lifestyle preferences. **Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Smoothie Master supporting Body Energy Club’s iconic smoothie bar. This position is required to have open early morning and late evening availability to join multiple downtown Vancouver locations. On a daily basis team members will create a variety of smoothies and bowls while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining an organized food safe environment.

**How do you contribute to Body Energy Club?**
- As a Secret Shopper you will visit each of our retail/food service locations to take objective notes on your customer experience, reporting back to the Senior Management Team. We will then take this feedback to build on our existing training programs, coaching, and staff and customer policies to better enhance our stores and what they provide to our customers.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

- Observe and engage with the staff for opportunities to gauge knowledge and customer service.
- Observe and record notes regarding the staff itself, including cleanliness, merchandising, product availability, etc.
- Make a purchase of minimum $10 before tax each visit. Spend minimum 15 minutes in store each visit.
- Complete a post-visit feedback form online, sent directly to the Senior Management Team.

**What your schedule will look like**
- No specific availability required, as Secret Shopper visits can be made any time within our regular retail hours; however, we may request if you're able to visit certain locations at certain times

**Experience**:

- 1 year of experience in retail or restaurant industry (preferred, but not required)
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
