Their passion to find new show-stopping creations for an individual guest or a coveted menu slot is not only welcome but encouraged and supported by our Bar leads. Our bartenders constantly improve one another's knowledge and education and have real opportunity to "show what they've got" whenever a new offering is needed They utilize and prepare bespoke syrups and ingredients by hand and the entire team works together to ensure an amazing experience on both sides of the bar. Bartenders at Paradigm must be passionate about creating memorable experiences for every guest and customer, while having a keen understanding of the spirits we make and serve with our food. Each guest interaction is personalized, attentive and professional while imparting a sense of welcome and belonging. As a Bartender, you will become a source of unforgettable cocktail and dining experiences as you engage with guests while performing flawlessly as part of our broader service team. You will need to demonstrate top-notch communication skills every day within the team and utilize your natural story-telling and information sharing skills with our guests as they seek unique experiences with every visit.
