**What you’ll do**

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

- Responsible for administrative functions and the entry of all appropriate information into the coordinating computer systems, and supports all Data Centre functions including the Data Centre, Receiving/Shipping and DC Supplies
- Responsible for ensuring accurate entry, printing and distribution of information received from internal and external sources into WMI systems
- Manages and creates various systems logs/reports/tickets/labels, as required by functional area, and distributes accordingly
- Responsible for preparing related management reports/spreadsheets (i.e. daily production reports, spreadsheets for tracking supply ordering & use, off-line ticket production) as required
- Other duties as assigned

**What you’ll need**

To begin your career with us, you’ll have:

- Education: OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1+ year of data entry experience
- Effective communication skills, including verbal (liaising with fellow Associates, Supervisors, Planning etc.), written and reading.
- Analytical skills and the ability to problem solving
- Accuracy and speed in keyboarding skills (45 headers per hour), including manual dexterity (SCAN data entry)
- Spreadsheet, word processing and math skills (i.e. experience with MS Excel and MS Word)
- Salary Range: $35,960 - $50,342*_
- _This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience._
