**POSITION**:Assistant-Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recruit, train, direct and keep motivated team members.
- Create a positive work environment.
- Manage daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, EOHU, WSIB and A&W standards are respected.
- Provide excellent guest service representative of the A&W brand.
- Maintain business food quality and standards.
- Meet financial goals of the restaurant.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-pace environment with team members.
- Plan work schedules, control inventory and manage different operation costs.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 1 year experience in Restaurant or retail management
- Excellent verbal, written communications and organizational skills
- Strong guest service
