**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist with the research and collection of market trends and needs related to WHVPT target industries
- Assist with research related to workplace harassment and violence in Canada to use as sources of information for WHVPT Social Media pages
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of Instructor Led Training (ILT) sessions for WHVPT
- Assist with the input of data from in-person WHVPT sessions
- Assist with the development and maintenance of the WHVP Calendar and OneDrive for Facilitators
- Provide technical assistance to participants using Zoom where required
- Communicate regularly with full-time staff regarding programming, progress and feedback
- Other duties as required to support the activities of the UPEI Office of Continuing Education and Professional Development
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Must be a UPEI student in good academic standing
- This position requires strong computer, organizational and administrative skills, along with very strong communication and interpersonal skills
