- Perform assigned tasks according to work orders, maintenance schedules, and repair procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and all OHS safety procedures
- Work efficiently and follow guidance and instructions clearly
- Communicate effectively with a positive, solution‑focused attitude
- Assist with shop maintenance as required
- Road test vehicles for diagnostic purposes
- Perform all physical tasks associated with the role
- Alignment experience is an asset
- Complete online training modules as required Qualifications
- 2nd or 3rd Year Automotive Apprentice Technician
- Experience working on multiple makes and models
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Be registered with SkillTrade BC for AST Program
